A hugely talented designer with the ability to understand complex requirements and deliver great design consistently right first time. This is even more impressive given our rapid iteration approach to software development. Olga is capable of handling multiple projects and delivering every time including proposals, prototypes, and designs, liaising with both product and development teams alike.

Passion & patience. Deliberate practice & flow

14 years IN WEB design

My passion for digital design started while I was still in highschool. Back then, digital illustration and print design were still young and I spent countless hours exploring the possibilities using dreamweaver and photoshop as a whole new era of digital design was evolving rapidly on the web.

7 years of USER EXPERIENCE design

After years of focusing on creating visual design, my passion shifted to not only make designs visually beautiful, but also meaningful and intuitive for the user.

Broad area of expertise

Working professionally as a UX designer allowed me to explore different types of product creation such as e-mail services, platform for renting pop-up spaces, and platforms for both shared travelling and restaurant promotions. I’ve also worked on B2B projects dealing with logistics and multichannel advertisement platforms.

Enterprise UX experience

My experience at the enterprise level allowed me to create designs for complex systems with multiple modules each with specific requirements. My work included creating interface libraries, implementation guidelines, competitor research and testing user scenarios. Finally, design process optimisation and efficient handover to developers.

I would like to recommend Olga as talented professional. Her web design is adorable and prices are reasonable. Olga is always happy to share an expert opinion and she is a very nice person.

How do I apply Deliberate Practice
principles to my workflow?

Deliberate practice is practice that is purposeful and systematic, requiring focus to improve results. I apply Deliberate practice principles to fit challenging situations where great results are required to achieve our goals.

01

Defined Goals

To improve efficiency, the project goals need to be defined.  This is the very first step of the process.

02

Clear Steps

After we define the goals, we come up with an in-depth proposal, where our goals are be broken down into manageable steps and lined up in a timeline.

03

feedback

Communication is a fundamental part of working through the steps, to make sure we are all moving in the same direction and keep improving as we go along.

I worked with Olga at a startup software company where she developed the look and feel of our enterprise supply chain platform. One of the key points of differentiation for the platform is the UX/UI, which without fail wows potential customers.

Olga was huge asset to both the product and marketing teams. She consistently delivers great work. I would highly recommend Olga to anyone looking for a designer that can grasp complex concepts (doesn’t get more difficult than enterprise software) and work diligently to deliver on time.
